Your site is built and published automatically after you finish the setup wizard, which takes about ten minutes if you have your church or ministry name, your logo and a few photos ready, plus service times and an address if your site shows them. Your free Emberline address works right away. A custom domain depends on your registrar and can take a few hours to be seen everywhere.

No, and that is the point. You can change every word, photo, time, link and color. You cannot move the design around, which is why the site still looks right in two years.

No. Email only. Forms email your team and reply to the visitor. If your ministry needs texting or a native app, a tool built for that will serve you better, and we will say so.

Your site stays live for two weeks while we email you. After that it shows a short "temporarily unavailable" notice. Nothing is deleted while it is paused. Pay, and it comes right back. Only if the payment is never fixed and the card processor ends the subscription does the cancellation timeline start: your content is kept for 30 days, archived for 30 more, then permanently deleted.

Sign in, open Billing, press Manage billing and choose cancel. It takes under a minute and needs no call or email. Your site stays up to the end of the period you paid for, and you can export your content for 30 days after that. On day 60 it is permanently deleted. If you want it all gone sooner, choose Delete my site and data in Settings.

Yes. Invite a teammate from the Team page in your portal and they get their own sign-in with editor access. They can change content but cannot see billing or cancel. You stay the owner.

Forms email your team and land in the inbox in your portal. Your church's signed-in team can see it.
